1 Month and Still Waiting

I had cancelled my flight from George to Johannesburg to December when i received a call on 15 December to say that an individual would be in contact with me around the refund of my flight that I had cancelled. So after patiently waiting some time I decided to call the contact centre this week. After having a chat with a lovely lady she was not able to find my cancellation on the system after holding for 10 Minutes. She then said that she would get back to me with regards to what is happening with the refund. I know that it may take up to 8 weeks however it seems as though Kulula have no record of my cancelled flight and of the refund. Please can someone contact me to find out what the hell is going on??
