Unsatisfied Treatment by KuluCrete

I am so disappointed with KuluCrete who is failing to refund my money after buying concrete from them and was unable to take it. I did inform them on time that I'm no longer taking the product due to unforeseen delays I came across. I submitted all the documents they required for a refund, and have have been writing emails to them every week. This is the end of the 3rd month and they are failing to pay a lousy R 800.00 The treatment I have been receiving is really unpleasant
