Complaints for Kula partners

I thozama majola write complaints letter for Kula partners funeral cover On the 17th of November 2024 my Aunt passed away,on the 25th November I put a claim under Kula Parners,on my side I know it take only 48hrs then you get your money it took eight day to get my claim I don't know what was the problem my claim was 10,000 rand and they only pay me 8,000 when I query this the person help me he told me that the underwriter didn't pay my claim so his going yo borrow yo choice company,I buried my uncle on the 30th November without any payment,they only paid me on the 2nd of December 2024 on the 4th of December I called Kula partners I was help by Nolouisa she told me that my money was paid on the 3pth November under FNB Account I told the lady that account doesn't belong to me,and she told me that I must go to the person help me and ask about balance,I call the guy he told me that he will speak to the person so that they must put my balance onto my account till now,please help me to get my 2000 rand from this company
