I was a student at kukhula from 2016 doing Business Practice level 1 then I completed the qualification in 2017 but no Certificate, I was after them for a long time but no certificate until today, I went to another training provider to do the same qualification but they were not able to issue SETA certificate because they found that I was enrolled with kukhula, I tried to call them many times to deactivate me on their system but they refused they closing lot of chances for me , I contacted Khosi Mbatha still nothing

12 Apr 2022, 10:58I am not happy at all , I asked for a SETA certificates from kukhula for the qualifications that I did but they decided to send me their own made certificate, when I call service seta they said its shows I was registered with that training provider for that qualifications but the delay is on kukhula, I'm still wondering why they said I should use that certificate they sent me because it's not even real ðŸ˜

12 Apr 2022, 11:01We are awaiting the ETQA Team to provide the certificates from SETA.
As discussed yesterday, we are waiting for SETA to release them to us - unfortunately we do not have control on when the SETA certificates are given to us. You are able to use your Kukhula certificate for opportunities and they are also welcome to call us whilst we wait.
