Kuhn Electrical - bad installation and aftercare service

In March 2020 we contacted Kuhn Electrical to replace 2 Centurion garage door motors and 1 Centurion Gate motor. They sent a very your inexperienced contractor Johan to do the job. He installed the motors but only completing it halfway. We contacted them to come and please finish the job before we will make the rest of the payment. Mr Kuhn came to the premises to demand payment. When he saw the half done job, he agreed with us that the job was not completed and send the same young man Johan and his helper to finish the job. We then paid the outstanding amount. The gate motor kept on loosing its settings, during Lockdown we could not have them come to fix problem. When we tried to contact Mr Kuhn on his cellphone *** we could not reach him. We sent emails to *** and *** with no reply. In the end we got hold of them on the land line *** we were informed by Liza that they are not responsible as it is more then six months after the installation. The gate motor never worked properly and during lock down it was impossible to reach them. Thus we can not recommend their service as we do have a positive experience
