KUDUMELA HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD (REG NO: ***), under the directorship of KGOANE FRANK RACHUENE (ID NO.: *** and MALETE WINNIE RACHUENE (ID NO.: ***), are ******** who have ****med people of Hundreds of thousands of Rands. They pose as a legitimate company doing business with SA Government schools and seeking funding from potential investors. They present approved tenders appointing their company as suppliers of of stationery at various schools. They request your monetary investment in order to fulfill the tender with a promise of a very attractive return on investment once the schools pay for the stationery upon delivery. Once you have given them the money, Frank Rachuene refuses to pay and instead will tell a whole lot of lies to defer payment. They have ****** from a lot of people. They are not to be trusted. I am still trying to recover money given to them in September 2021,which was supposed to be paid in November 2021. In September 2022, the money has still not been paid, regardless of many follow ups and legal interventions to try and get our money back. Stay away from Kudumela Holdings and stay away from Frank and Winnie Rachuene, if possible report them to the authorities like I have.
