Refund

Good day. My name is Edith Chune. My parents were supposed to travel to UK on the 3rd of July due to the passing of my sister they did not travel. Their bookings were done through Kudu Travel in Polokwane, they paid 90 000 for their trip. We wrote a cancellation letter to Kudu Travel to inform that my parents will no longer travel. Kudu Travel charged us a ridiculous cancellation fee.. they wanted to refund my parents 54 000 from the 90 000. Me and my brother queried the amount and they accepted that it was a human error. Then we came to an agreement of 64 000, they promised to pay the whole amount but now they just paid 20 000, they say the company is not doing well. I really don't want to hear lots of stories , 0I need the balance of 44 000 to be paid in my parents bank before end of March.
