Request for clearance letter

Hi my name is Pretty, i have an issue with one cellular network company that handed my name over for the money that I paid for long time ago. When i phoned them to request for clearance letter they said I should call credit bereau and I phoned Kudough in March this year . we did some procedure to clear my name and even logged a dispute from VCCB , they deducted my money R101 if im not mistaken . but nothing happened since , i had to go request for credit report last month and nothing has been done. Help me clear my name or bring my money back!
