Poor and bad service.

My mom was called everyday as they wanted to help her with updating her credit score she went and amount requested from the forth they never came back nor answered their phone when she need to check if done. Now wanted to apply for a car but was declined because there now updates on her credit score is been months since she paid off all accounts. Can someone urgently update her credit profile urgently.
