Monthly subscription and debited without my consent

I called wanting to confirm something on my credit profile. The lady said she couldn't assist me unless I purchase a credit profile report,I did and she was able to assist me. End of the month my account was debited by Kudough when I called them they said I had taken a month to month subscription which was completely incorrect.
