Misleading advertising and wrong information

Good day Feedback from kudough was poor, as my husband was informed due to coming off debt review he would face challenges to have vehicle finance approved... They then said he would need to build up his credit, they offered him a monthly fee to ensure he can receive his credit update and once he received good credit. He could then apply for vehicle finance. They advised my husband to sign them up as he would need to build up his credit for an additional two months. They also advised that they would help him further by getting certain accounts removed. But in actual fact they would only send him an email with a list of people he needs to call and speak to. Thank goodness he didn't choose this root for or this option and on his first attempt for car finance he was given the green light. So sorry kudough the information and direction given to my husband was not very helpful and extremely misleading.
