Credit report almost a week late

My credit report debit order has gone off from my account last week Tuesday 29/08/2017. I have phoned the call center twice to find out when Im getting my report, and both times I was promised it would be available before end of business. Today 04/09/2017, i still don't have my report. Can this be sorted today please?
