Hi I'd like to report a staff member in your store. Short security guard with no name badge in a Kucace Security uniform.

This short little dude pushed me to the floor while leaving the shop. I know you have cameras at the door and will be able to Cleary see what happened.

What you may not see on the footage is the manner in which he speaks to customers.

He does not work for post bank and does not have the authority to tell us he'll stop all operations when we've been standing in the sun all day with no water or chairs only to be turned away and not recieve the intended service.

He keeps spaces for people who are not in the queue to take first place when they arrive to change their SASSA and I'm not sure if receiving bribes for this.

We are all human with lives to get back to. I don't see why he would push and hurt me when I have not ****** from the shop and already exiting the shopping willingly.

I don't see how his behavior is beneficial to the customers or the store for that matter.
