Compression stocking

6th January 2020 seen to by a lady at KUBEN CHUNDRIAH orthotist and prosthetics, Pietermaritzburg. Measurement done for compression stocking calf length. Stocking only needed for ONE LEG, and letter from surgeon definitely stated stocking required for only ONE LEG. I asked for another stocking to be ordered so that when ONE stocking in the wash I would have another. The lady didn't bother to inform me that two stockings are in a box. Two boxes, four stockings. What a waste of my money. Listen to your client and communicate correctly. No reaction from Frontline lady, not even an offer to follow up, and lady who saw me not there at that moment.
