Very bad service from Kushan Nelspruit

I was contacted for my delivery from Teljoy Petro from Kushan called me Friday 10 May to ask me to collect it. I said no please deliver she promised delivery Monday 13 May NO Delivery or call on Monday after I confirmed in the morning. By 3 still nothing I contacted her again after a big struggle because she phones from their fax line so you can't get hold of them I found the correct number on Google. She was extremely rude and unhelpful, I called Teljoy who was very helpful but she kept telling them one thing and me another. It's now 14 May and I am still waiting.
