(12/09/2024)i delivered my tv to this company in Nelspruit with backlight problem.they repaired it but not replacing the backlight.collected the tv Friday(1/11/2024 at 10am),2/11/2024 tv with backlight problem stayed another week.collected the tv(7/11/2024) around 10am tv only worked for two hours.started shutting down on its self didn’t want to work from there.took it back again same day they said it was overheating and they fixed it.fetched it 9/11/2024 plugged it in now my remote isn’t working.this people bought me problems I regret the day I sent my tv there.i paid R400 for assessment and paid R2140 for repairs.my tv was never opened or repaired pls don’t send your devices there.im very dissatisfied and shattered by their service.
