BRINGING SAMSUNG'S NAME DOWN

Drove 2 and half hours to service my printer which was smudging on print of documents.. only to find the exact same thing happening after the service which i had paid for. Attitude of the manager and staff stinks. Taken it up with samsung head office will wait for feedback. KU'SHAN IS A AUTHORISED SAMSUNG REPAIR CENTER.
