Items ordered, payed for, but not available.

The products on their website are not available as advertised. You can make a purchase for items that they do not have or cannot get. <br> <br> They use payfast, a few days after payment the payment could not be confirmed and needed to be reviewed (apparently due to *******ion). Only to find that they did receive the payment but preferred to tell a lie to give them time while trying to get the items that were ordered and payed for. <br> <br> I could accept that for some list of reasons same day delivery could not be arranged, but it's more like same month delivery cannot be arranged. <br> <br> I was in email and phone contact with them to confirm an urged purchase for gifts that needed to be hand out at a company meeting and I was assured that everything is in order until my order was not delivered.<br> <br> All my shopping I do online and this has been the worst experience I had. <br> <br> They did commit to find the item that was payed for and deliver when they get it. So that is the option we chose. But in the mean time I need to find replacement gifts. (I am still waiting for the new delivery date to be provided to me.) They are also willing to pay back the money but that will not get me the items.
