Supply of new rims as per Bike Specifications

Last year May 2014 I bought my new KTM mountain bike from Cycle Lab Tygervalley branch (closed down December 2014). Due to my work abroad I am only six months of the year in SA. Earlier this year I contacted KTM Industries through their web site to enquire about an owners manual for my mtb, as I did not received any when I bought my bike and the shop was closed. Within a day Mr Hans De Ridder rep**** on my email. When I returned home I send him a reminder again, but also had another issue with a part on my mountain bike. Mr De Ridder organised with the supplier to have this sorted. The same day I received emails with my manuals and extra owners manual for the various parts on my bike. As life goes I did not open all attachments, weeks later and I check the attachment's and to my surprise my mtb was supp**** with a lessor value and quality rim/wheel set. A couple of emails later to Mr De Ridder and he organised for a new set to be delivered to my address.<br> Unbelievable that after a year and some months Mr De Ridder and KTM Industries could rectify this within minutes. Somewhere someone slipped up big time and Mr De Ridder stepped upped to the plate and owned this problem. Thank you
