Shoddy service

This is the second time that my wife and I have been on the receiving end of the poorest customer service ever.<br> <br> From their guys in the workshop that give you completely wrong information and then their manager that wants to make it seem as if you are the idiot in the first place when you complain over the phone, to their guys working behind the spare parts counter helping other customers that came in after you did and when you take it up with them, they just sit there with a mouth full of teeth.<br> <br> I have to concur with what another customer said about KTM - their bikes are wonderful but the disgusting customer and after sales service is what is going to deter a lot of other people from buying any KTM products or bikes.<br> <br> I couldn't be happier to sell my Duke and be rid of KTM forever - you guys should take some SERIOUS tips from the guys over at BMW as to how it should be done.<br> <br> Your customer service STINKS!!!
