KTM Silver Lakes

On taking my 525 KTM off road in for a service at KTM Silver Lakes after a day at Rhino Park, I was greeted by the most unwilling most arrogant attitude I have ever encountered from any bussiness. On enquiring with Louis apparently the owner if he can service the bike he informed me that he does not work on dirty bikes and his washbay is not opperational. <br> I am astouned that people who are in the bussiness of providing a service to customers can even contemplate to have such an attitude. <br> Needless to say I was taken back and informed him that I will not accept such an attitude from someone needing my money and left the premisses. <br> <br> At this moment Louis through his hand in a disgusted manner into the air and waved me off. <br> So much for client service!!! A friend of mine wanted to go and buy a new off road this coming Saturday and he decided against it after this incident.
