KTM PE - poor service delivery

Really disappointed at the service offered at KTM PE. On numerous occasion I have popped by for parts only to find that they are out of stock. I recently ordered a part and was advised it would arrive a week later, three weeks later and I am still plagued by poor service delivery. Quick to take my money, slow to deliver - this screams poor logistical planning & ops management. For a company of its statue, one which executes it's long term vision by emphasizing and building brand awareness and expanding its global footprint, this is unacceptable and a complete misrepresentation of what you claim to stand for.
