Disgusted at bad service!

KTM 390 Duke dropped off at KTM Cape Town on 22/01/2018. Quote only received on 30/01/2018. Told the bike will be repaired by 28/02/2018. It is now the 23/03/2018 and still not fixed. The cost in getting everyone to their job and school on time using Uber etc is astronomical! If we knew service was this bad we would never have bought a KTM. Still paying a monthly installment but no transport for two months. Cannot even imagine how long it would have taken if there was actual engin damage! One excuse after the other. I am gobsmacked at this bad service!
