KTK Woodworks - Kitchen Cupboards - Terrible Workmanship & *****

This company declares to do Kitchen units & renovations - their workmanship is very poor , finishings are not accurate. the 2 people who run it are basically ***** . They deviate from original agreed unit fittings & in my case the unit above the fridge was sized incorrectly by the "expert" who with his handy boy dented a brand new samsung fridge as they took it upon themselves [without my permission] to stock the timber in the room where my new fridge was placed waiting to be installed. The unit in question was taken awy by them in January 2018 & every excuse in the book has been used till date! they then wanted me to pay for the altered size which i refused to do as I had paid them as they demand 100% upfront payment. They are supposedly still altering a small 2 cupboard wall unit. The individuals - Tom & the Salesman Kingston will , at the beginning of the job make promises that they cannot keep. They also work with a construction company which they will say does tiling , ceilings & plumbing. these contractors are terrible & do not do a proper job with anything. My kitchen tiles where laid off, the window they installed - the handles are too high up & the plumbing was done so badly that the dishwasher & sink dirty water was feeding backwards! I had to @ my expense get a person to correct all their messups. So please keep away from the "promise" they will make of an affordable kitchen! you , like me will regret ever dealing with these 2 people
