No trust in dealership

I purchased a vehicle in December 2023 but the faults were not fixed, and the car was not even washed on the day of collection. The thermostat was removed, the wrong battery was, the lights were not working, the turbo pipe was repaired with a steel pipe, water leaks were sealed with silicone, and the vehicle was not service. The seller want to take the vehicle back to the same mechanic that did not fix the problems the first time and now he does not take ownership
