Poor customer services

Pathetic and very poor customer services. After being given a price for items i wanted to hire (on email), i requested a quote and payment details however the price quoted was now higher then the price on the email. On querying this, KT Events just said the email price was a special and the special is over. This was not communicated to me in any way before this. They told me that the special was only for a specific period and my event is in a peak period so i cannot get the special price. It was stated from the start that i needed the items for November (peak period) and they quoted me the special price initially however when i requested the formal quote and payment details the full price was charged.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable.
