BAD SERVICE AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION

Worst service ever, no tax invoice issued, just quotes, I guess they are running away from SARS, I went there to get back boards and to be cut and I was told I would get called to collect same day, no call, the following day I called and was told my boards will be processed during the day, they would call…… for the fact that it was not communicated to me that normally it takes more than a day to get my purchase, I could have gone somewhere else to get same day service as it was REALLY urgent for those 2 Masonite boards to be gotten, had they told me before I make a payment, I would have at least had options to either wait for them or go else where……. The lady was nice and friendly but it didn’t help the situation at all
