Bad QualityPringle Chips

We bought Pringles Cheesy Cheese chips from Westpack Retailers. Opening the tin the chips tasted oily and old. Several attempts to call the number on the tin failed ***). My contact number was left on the system and no effort from the Company was made to return my calls. What do we need to do with the bad quality chinos?
