KS Trans Logistics and Highveld Containers partners in crime!

We ordered a container from Highveld Containers.

After placement of the order, we paid the containers as per the requirements, plus the VAT applicable. After this the transporter, KS Trans Logistics contacted us upon which we have to pay an additional amount of money and after the delivery, 98% would then be refundable to us. We questioned Highveld Containers as this was not stated on their quotations, yet to no avail.

I reported them to the competition commission and then some communication between Highveld and me happened yet with no positive outcome.

All bank verifications were done, and even SARS clearance and verification of a legit business was done. Yet, it appears as one big ****.

I also googled the transporter: KS Trans Logistics, and they only exist in France.

KS Trans Logistics and Highveld Containers are partners in crime!

They do not answer now any phone calls, or reply to any e-mails.

The matter will be referred to SARS, the police, as well as legal action will commence.
