Nightmare photographer

Ksphotography Takes amazing photos However her work ethic is absolutely shocking. She is absolutely rude. You get an automated response which she forwards should you message her at a time she doesnt like even though she is online. She offers discounts to people and requests immediate payments and then never has a booking slot for you or she cancels your shoot numerously sometimes 1hr before (we tried calling and messgaing from the afternoon before and only recieved an automated response) with an excuse every single time. She verbally abuses clients to an extent where my husband who paid for the shoot stepped in and decided to email her warning her that the matter will be taken further, her response was appalling directed at me. She refused to communicate with my husband at all.

They offered a refund which there was an exuse for everything. We were made to fill out a form that made it look like it is our fault that the shoots were cancelled, in her message to me she requested banking details and a signature so i provided just that and not her form. Then it was excuse after excuse with terrible attitude and business ethics, when i questioned where the refund was. One of her excuses was that my account details were invalid ( the exact details had just worked that very morning for a client of mine) so i provided an alternative. After following up and numerously saying i would be taking this matter further for over two months (and me being verbally abused in the process) she rudely responded with a message stating we are horrible clients and she wishes to never work with us and proof of payment.

My issue is that I am not the first she has done this to I know of almost 10 others that have had similar experiences. I have seen many social media posts about her and to which her response is filled with attitude and thereafter she deletes their post of complaint. Her service is disgusting and has no people s****s.
