Melissa cardoso photography

I booked Melissa Cardoso photography for my wedding photos. She asked me for full payment before the wedding. On both occasion of payment she asked for pay and clear. On my wedding day she did not pitch. I called her and got hold of her after a few attempts She then claimed to have had me booked for a different day. I had to find a new photographer in 30 min and pay double the price. After everything she asked me till. Month end to do the refund which I agreed to. Neesless to say after month end she had excuse after excuse I did not get one rand of my money back from her till this day.
