Disgusting behaviour and terrible service

We hired a photographer Kristen Terwin to do our wedding we paid up front so we got to do our engagement shoot through her she rocked up late - very unkempt and body odour - we didn't say anything as each to their own - then her kids came with her crying and running through our shots, then she did my wedding very tasteless no family shots, no group shots - her partner got drunk at our wedding they had their own argument and then she delivers this cheap wedding album that i didn't even pick out my pics, i asked her to redo it she sent me a contract to sign to say that she will do it and then never delivered it - when i message her she ignores me, she ignores emails, messages and phone calls - she put my private message sent to her up on facebook for all to see and degrade me on and ran my name to the ground, all i wanted was my wedding album and i never got it - she has it and kept it and wont give it to me.
