Unprofessional...horrible customer service

KS office solutions gives the worst service and dont take customers seriously. It is situated right opposite mogalakwena municipality main gate in mokopane . I gave them 4 t-shirts for printing for my baby's 1st birthday photoshoot but dololo shirt till today. They first made mistakes and printed out of their imagination without theme, i returned it and they promised to fix and it will be ready by Thursday the 3rd then they were not done. The 4th Friday they were still not done. They started hiding behind loadshedding. Worst part i gave them tshirts on the 21st January, 2 weeks later dololo shirts. When i returned it they made a joke of it and laughed in front of me making it a joke and they still failed to deliver. They are so unprofessional and they dont take customer service seriously. We support black small businesses but they end up taking us for a ride. I feel so bad and hurt coz now i cant give my baby the birthday i have planning since her birth. I write this with regrets and in so much pain and hurt. Its so sad!UNPROFESSIONAL
