Sale of properly

They are administrating the sale of my property, really poor service, no communication between me , estate agents and ks law. The sale is dragging on for 6 months now. I have taken out bridging finance with them, signed no documents and they dont want to furnish me with the details of the bridging finance company. What should I do? Should I contact the ombudsman?
