KS interiors and spray painting Disappointment!

I was in need of new cupboard doors and a new sink cupboard so i found a local guy online that was affordable. The landlord covered 50% of the cupboards, KS interiors came out and quoted kitchen cupboards and granite tops for me and bedroom cupboards for another flat in the same building. He spent all his time doing the bedroom cupboards and sent his guys to my flat unsupervised to do my kitchen cupboards, his guys completely messed it up they rushed the job on a Friday and left before i could even check their work, the granite was not sealed, 2 of the doors were damaged, they did not block the space between the wall and cupboard structure, granite was cut very untidy and installed unevenly. The owner did not come to check his mens work after completion.

I contacted the owner on Friday evening by then he was fully paid, i expressed my disappointment he said he will come sort out everything in Monday morning. On Monday I received no communication from him at all, i tried messaging, calling, smsing and no answer. Until i got my husband to call (because it is a different number) he answered and said his wife was ill and will come tomorrow (Tuesday).

On Tuesday morning, all he comes with is silicone to seal the sink, THATS ALL!!! I was so frustrated, annoyed and angry. I asked him where is the cupboard door replacements and side panel to block the gap, he said it was at the factory, i asked him about the granite splash back, he said oh the granite guy is busy he is only available on Friday. I have already spent 3 weeks with my house being a mess because he kept saying he will start the job soon but delayed the process.

I told him to forget it i will get someone else to do the granite (cost us R2200 more). I finally backed my kitchen stuff back into the cupboards as well as the sink cupboard and found water in the cupboard, i checked if there was any leak etc. And could not see anything so i wiped it and packed my stuff again. Only to find out this morning after water gushing out the cupboards that they did not put thr clamo back on the sink pipe. Now the cupboard is already water logged and damaged.

The owner of KS Interiors and Spray painting is unreliable, ************* and workmanship is untidy! R12700 later and my kitchen is going to go back to how is was with a broken sink cupboard because of poor quality.

I am truly disappointed and we have wasted our money trusting this man!
