Thumbs up to the 2 consultants I talked to when cancelling my policy with my way. Their customer care is excellent as compared to my request. Some consultants become aggressive and give you some advises when cancelling the policy. Their politeness was extremely overwhelming such that I felt guilty. The first consultant was Scelo Ngwenya who then transferred me to Vuyiswa Cele.
