Non-payment of stipends
URGENT COMPLAINT: Chronic Non-Payment of Stipends – KS BUSINESS CONSULTANCY and SETA I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the systematic failure to pay student stipends on time, a recurring issue that has now reached a critical and inhumane level. Background and Core Issue For the past year, we have experienced persistent and unjustifiable delays in receiving our salaries and stipends. Our current employer, KS BUSINESS CONSULTANCY, has a pattern of paying their own permanent employees on time while consistently failing to pay us, the interns/students, the stipends we are contractually owed. These funds are intended to cover our basic living expenses. The Immediate Concern The most recent delay, which we have been told is due to non-payment from SETA, has had a devastating impact. We have not received our funds as expected, and as a direct result: · Some students have been unable to pay their rent. · Several are now facing eviction and being chased out of their homes. The Issue with KS BUSINESS CONSULTANCY We are lodging a formal complaint against KS BUSINESS CONSULTANCY for their ********* treatment of their interns/students. The company's failure to pay us is a breach of trust and a form of financial distress that they are actively causing. By prioritizing their employees while ignoring the needs of students, they demonstrate a clear disregard for our welfare. This is unacceptable for a company entrusted to manage such programs. The Issue with SETA It is our understanding that KS BUSINESS CONSULTANCY is claiming the delays are due to non-payment from SETA. If this is the case, then SETA is directly responsible for causing severe financial hardship to students. By failing to disburse funds to the host company, SETA has effectively allowed this crisis to happen. There is no excuse for students to be facing homelessness due to administrative failures. Our Demands We demand the following: 1. Immediate and Full Payment: All outstanding stipends must be paid immediately. The financial hardship caused to students must be remedied without further delay. 2. Transparency and Accountability: KS BUSINESS CONSULTANCY must provide a full and honest accounting of where the funds are and what is being done to resolve the issue. SETA must also be held accountable for their role in this failure. 3. Urgent Action: We request that hellopater escalates this complaint to the highest level to ensure a swift resolution. We have been patient long enough. We are now facing a crisis because of the negligence of KS BUSINESS CONSULTANCY and SETA. We request your immediate intervention in this matter.
