Non delivery, more than a month

I placed an order for two laptop chargers with [URL Removed] on 22 Oct 2015. Both items were in stock, so I expected delivery within the normal 4-5 business days (although other stores like Takealot usually have delivered the next day).<br> I followed up with Krypto again 28 Oct, 12 November, and 17 November - unfortunately I am not getting a response, nor do I have the goods ordered. It's been almost a month, for a local, in stock item.<br> <br> Please avoid them if you want something you paid for, never mind if you want it \soon".<br> <br> \""Die hoop beskaam nie\"" so I am still hoping to actually get the laptop chargers"
