The Non-Smudge Lipstick which Smudges!

I purchased my Kryolan liptstick from the Kryolan store where not only did the staff mention to me that it does not smudge, but it also says "long-lasting and smudge-proof" on the box. I purchased this R390.00 lipstick, went into my car and app**** as I was so excited to use it. Little did I know, that by the time I met my friends for lunch, my lipstick was all over my face and mask. Quite embarrassing! When I returned with my complaint, 2 hours later, they refused to refund me as I had already used the product. It amazes me that they think I would know it doesn't work before I use it. I highly do NOT recommend unless you want to look like the Joker from the Batman films! If this is the case, it would be a fantastic purchase!
