Terrible response to defective products.

I purchased a blusher from Kryolan store at La Lucia Mall store in Durban last year Aug or Sep . I havent even used the blusher, the box is a bit tad being kept with my other make up but the blusher is brand new and notice a white mouldy film on the blusher. However i dont have a proof of purchase and took it back to the store, the feedback from the ladies at the store after discussion with manager is the product has been kept in a moisture and i was like ladies i live 8 kms from the beach Durban has a lot of moisture such a silly response. Sorry Kryolan you just lost a good customer due to bad service and customer support... will not purchase any further products.
