Pathetic service

I booked for a natural makeover at the Neighbourhood square in Johannesburg, and was quite horrified with the final look. Foundation was caked up on my skin, eyeliner was untidily app****, eyes were not properly defined, lips were not lined nor made to appear fuller. Consultant was lazy, and seemed uninterested. No name badge, she did not introduce herself, she lacks skill and knowledge on makeup application,its hard to believe that this below average assistant is allowed to work in such a famous well known branded store. The makeup spoilt my entire photoshoot, my white dress was stained with foundation and makeup at the end of the application. This affected the photoshoot in such a way that I am unable to use the pictures for the intended purpose.manager phones me regarding the complaint after an entire week that the complaint was lodged and after a second email to the manager of the Kryolin brand. No refund or voucher offered, instead another makeover! What a disgusting attempt to alleviate the situation! Pathetic customer service.
