NOT WORTH IT

these people's customer service is **********,i like their product but it is not worth it.the first time i bought this product, one of their staff-a older lady in maponya- tested their make up on me but when i bought the product gave me the wrong one.then i had to go back, for the right one.when i was assisted by a younger dark lady when then asked me to save the color of the makeup on my phone as 13/14 which i did,this was last year.this year because of the unnecessary drama had with the Maponya branch, i did to go to their head office.but my shock, its even worse.so this time, i went and bought the color i was told to save on my phone, then when i got home and used the color, its the darkest makeup i have ever used on my face, so i call them n i was told its a wrong batch and that i should bring it back.i then drive another 15ks to take this makeup back along with my old container. when i get there i am told,no, my color was suppose to be 13/14L. then i explain that the lady at Maponya to me to save as 13/14 but they could not care any less as i was told by law,they cant accept opened make up. but disregarding that also by law, their staff cannot give wrong advice to clients-misinform their clients.i was so upset, but non the less i bought another one, the correct one but still here i am the 13/14L still looks like the 13/14 i got the last,its nothing like the makeup i bought before.i now dont know wat to do with these ppl, i am gatvol with dealing with them.one container of makeup has cost me so much, i would have gone to a retail store got makeup and went on with my life.im beyond upset
