kryolan high gloss lip applicator splitting

honestly speaking this is so annoying im always buying this nice high gloss toffee at kryolan balfour park highlands north in corlett drive their service is always supper awesome and satisfying me as their customer.they know that this lipgloss lipstic applicator of theirs has a problem of slitting up and Kryolan at colrett drive gave me a spongy lip applicator, this month of september i decide to buy at Kryolan grey owl ----i regret with all my heart body mind and soul,i purchased on monday the 16th i asked the lady to atleast give me from one of the testers as coming this side is a mission,she promosed to make an order of the spongy lip apllicators,this saturday the 21st i popped into the store as my lipcloss lip applicator has started doing that nonsence of splitting ,to ask for the spongy applicator and on arrival im told its not available and the owner in not in. what is really wrong with people dis days and providing customer service,,,,I'm really annoyed honestly .....kryolan stores must really change the gloss lip applicator ,,,,,this high gloss dies not come cheap and we expect quality applicatirs really,not to be coming in and out of store complaining about lip applicatirs hornestly.....now im stuck with a lip applicator that does not apply well. the way its annoying me using this lipgloss lip applicator,i even asked for one of the testers lip applicators,that i will clean and dis-infect if for myself and use but,one of the ladies working at the store (Kryolan grey owl) decided to call Daniel delima who then refused and said they will deliver on monday at my house,i wish they had just given me and i left. so annoying really.
