Bad Experience with Pavilion Branch and Head Office

I had such a bad experience at the Pavilion Branch, together with Head office. The consultant gave me the wrong colour corrector, she didt test it because there was no tester in store. Despite me asking for another colour advised by a make up artist she insisted on the one she suggested, I trusted her expertise however when I got home it was wrong. I asked for a refund mainly due to the lack of service and overall bad experience in store, head office refuses to accommodate me insisting that its the correct colour for me despite not even seeing my skin tone me. For such a big reputable brand they don't want to give me R200 back. I am so disgusted with them I told them to keep their money and product. Really disappointed with their brand and service mainly. Will never recommend them to anyone or buy their products again!
