Krups support in SA

I need carbon filters for my coffee machine I bought 2 years ago. I got referred to agent in JHB. Service is really bad had to physically drive to their offices (Electro serv) to place the order they asked me to confirm order via e-mail. No response on e-mails what so ever? Not sure if order has been placed or what is going on? They also don't phone you back?<br> <br> Agree with other complainer will not buy any KRUPS products in SA, support is really bad.
