Krups coffee grinder

Hi I have bought a Krups spice/coffee grinder which was ten days old and it doesn't grind the spices properly and the top container turned colour and doesn't come clean. I am very unhappy with the service I received I was told that it needs to go in for repairs. I don't think a ten day old item should go in for repairs so I advise anyone who wants to buy krups products don't they service is bad
