Black cashier treats honest pasients as ********s
I visited Krugersdorp West Pharmacy on the 17th of July 2026. I asked the pharmacist for Vitamin B3 capsules. I only had 50.00 on hand. The pharmacist who assisted me checked price of of the product and it costed 64.00. I asked the pharmacist if I can take the the tablets and just bring the balance owing later that very same day. The black cashier refused to help me. I was even willing to leave my cellphone there, until I could take the balance of the product. The cashier was very rude and had no customer skills. The pharmacist apologised for the inconvenience caused. I am not a ***** and never ever did not do something I promised I would do. I felt humiliated and still do. This is really unprofessional and I would like to discuss this matter with the owner of the pharmacy. I have never been humiliated like this and this is unacceptable. Kindly contact me on ***
