This pharmacy is a pharmacy we have been using for months,their medication is cheaper than the rest.we spend well over 500 every 2 weeks for sure. Yesterday we go as per usual and the meds come up R651,pay and move along,at night we discover that they gave us 5 of what we ordered instead of the package that R345.we call them this morning and go there they show us footage that it was put in the plastic thingy,so I ask because we had a slip why there's 5 of the other things when we ordered 4,the play us the footage and it clearly shows the head a an old lady that works there in the way of the counter,they continue to say say see the package was put in,I man I don't know then insults implying I stole the pills,how do I ***** pills I need? They cost R345 for 30. He continues to be rude saying looking at footage is a waste of time,first time I saw that guy today he was rude,arrogant and all knowing,why would we drive a 45 mins to get to them to find out what the problem.If I was as cruel as that mine I'd report it on higher ranks,justice will be served guaranteed,why would I ***** meds I'm paying for?
