damages caused by krugersdorp panelbeaters,

i had my car panelbeated by them in may 2018 for hail damaged,on 17 october 2018 my front windscreen cracked for no reason.. no chip on the windshield, was even visible, when i got glassfit to come replace my windscreen they showed me how the winsdscreen was chipped at the edge under the beading, and this caused the wind shield to crack over time, glasfit even showed me that the r beading was sliced away. even my dash under my windscreen was scratched with a ***** driver i never had those scratches before i took it to them, i dont even want to bother to go complain, because they so sly, on the day i collected my car they were in a rush to leave so i couldnt really check the inside, they even said the car was was being washed when they phoned to collect the car, but they ****, as there was still grease and oil in my console next to my seat,only once i washed my car myself that weekend that i noticed the scratches.
