Krugersdorp Panel Beaters and Spray Painting

The work done on the car is excellent. Unfortunately, promises were made by both the owner and office assistant which were not kept. They promised to fix other dents on the car that were not included in the insurance quote. Even though they were more expensive than the other quotes received I chose them because they promised to do the extra work. The owner told me twice he would do it - on assessment and again on booking the car in. The office assistant told me that they would do the extra work when I phoned and queried an email sent to the insurance regarding the work to be done. She said they would fix the extras, they knew about them, but couldn't put them on the insurance quote. On collecting the car the owner said he couldn't do the extras because it would cost too much money - he wouldn't even knock the dents out to try and make it look better. The office assistant denied having ever said they would fix them. - I was absolutely flabbergasted as we had had a long conversation regarding the extras. Really bad vibes, I don't like to feel I have been played and they definitely played me. I will never go back there again or recommend them
